It's been well over 30 days since I cancelled my services on what was supposed to be a "No Risk, Money Back Guarantee" on the first 30 days of service. I did everything they asked in order to get my refund per their terms of service.
If you call customer service, they will just submit a "ticket" for someone to contact you back. Pretty much an auto-generated email that confirms your request.
Then you wait.....recall......submit another ticket and get the same auto generated email again. There is no resolve or follow up.
