I tried to verify my email and it said 'expired or invalid', but when I first signed up and went to my email, it said 'verified'. I'm not very happy about this, no one is helping me. I've sent several emails and tickets.

I keep receiving invoices two duplicates Invoice: C-INV-44442
The total amount due is: $175.99 email at macdonaldjean@***.net for services. However, I have submitted several tickets for cancelation of 2024 yearly service.
This invoice is no longer applicable I submitted cancelation of products with 1 to 3 days of renewal date. I do not use this product and since I went the correct ticket procedure to cancel all products listed on the invoice I want the invoicing to cease. This invoice will not be paid.
I would appreciate your help in this matter and would like an email notification confirming cancelation of said invoice as stated above in this message. Please resolve and confirm as soon as possible.

Preferred solution: Confirmation of cancelation of invoice. On the *** of harassment with emails of failed payments that are not valid.

My husband and I just signed up and he had a question on actually how to get started and created a ticket. I found a phone and called it.
The rep was very pleasant and I told her I was worried that this is a scam
She said that we can call the number 24/7. Hope this works out for us!

They definitely 100% intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel! To cancel you need your password, but, I don't have a password set up yet, and to "retrieve" it I need a client ID, which I was never given!
I've been calling for 2 hours! And it keeps saying to call back! The person who called me? So nice and believable?
Not available. Arrrggg! "Slow refunds" Is all it says on one website which supposedly has a lot of reviewers, which I'm sure is them running it and skewing the results.
SCAM. They hope I give up and don't request my $89 back.
Worst $89 risk I ever took. And they won't refund $15 worth...

I cancelled my membership and found out it is still open I would like it cancelled and closed and my refund.

I was treated very well but
I signed up to see if I could work the magic of on line income and I found out very quickly that the system which Coolhandle uses was too complicated for me. I, therefore, decided that I would discontinue my use of the plan.
I was told when I signed up that I could get my money back if I discontinued my work within a certain time period. I said to Coolhandle that I was not going to continue and asked for a return of my money. I reported this well within the time frame allotted. My credit card shows that the amount has not been reimbursed for the money I gave them.
I would like very much to have my money returned.

This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. They rarely answer their emails and phone calls.
I have been waiting since 7/11/2018 for a refund that I have on paper from this company and I continue to get the brush off.

Nov. 2018 - to today June 2019 - You can't talk to anyone they only have an answering service that takes the call and passes on information. as you can see with the picture below the web site was never set up.
