Help getting started

I had a scheduled call at 9:15 this morning for assistance getting started and I opted for a call back instead of listening to background nothing. I would like to reschedule -I am very interested in this process. Please email me with a new time.

User's recommendation: give future customers the ability to talk to a person to get heip getting started.
