I am not getting any reply back from Cool Handle webhosting company
Caneled account with-in 30 day trail still no refund
Please I really need PI to remove this complaint for me. Please I am begging. Coolhandle says they will refund my money. If I can just remove this complaint this nightmare will finally be over for me. I need the money to pay for my dying fathers medical bills. I dont know what else to do but beg for PI to remove my complaint ASAP. I just need this to be over and get my refund. Please PI Please help me.

Coolhandle has agreed to refund my money in full, so I wish to withdrawal my complaint. They apologized for the misunderstanding & are making it right. I thank you for your help & please remove the complaint against coolhandle ASAP.

So on May 19th I sent a e-mail & a support ticket. & you still are trying to say I didnt contact you again till 20 July. Why ?? When I have proof. And as I stated you can see I tried a different company that used you in March, yes that 1 you did refund. But I didnt sign up for Simple Home Wealth will 4/28/12 , as you even stated. and the charges you refunded were in March ( that comes before April & May. The only 1 you are right about is the July monthly charge, but you still owe me for all the other monthly charges & original charges since I canceled with-in the 30 days . May 19th was still within the 30 days. So please make this right & refund the money you owe me.
