I wanted to get an income that would at least take the place of a second regular job. I checked that info. It starts with a guy and girl gio and tessa video taking of a secret code that few people can get that it's invite only. You watch and watch and then it becomes i'm going to give this for this. You decline. It's still more and more but you can decline. Than it mixes in a website and it felt like it was together. When you go to look at the purchase page for your credit card they make it look like you are purchasing it by paying 10.95 a month and in ( ) has the full price. I thought i can do this because it's only about $11 a month. I put info in. Then it opens it fully to see the site and it didn't appear to be what i thought. I called with in 4 hours to say i want my money and to cancel. I followed what the woman said to do. Make the ticket and put in there wanting full refund. It says money back guarantee. Basically when i did get an answer they might as well have said. Sucks to be you. I will be contacting the Attorney General. I honestly encourage everyone here to do the same. They took. 277.75 immediatly and put me negative about 60.00. I tried to stop it but the back said if it had been a credit card. Then they could have but that nothing can be stopped with a debit.

I was in the process of doing business with cool handle add it was recommended. Upon realizing they would be charging me for the entire year and not monthly assi intended and was informed, I immediately contacted their customer service followed the prescribed instructions to not only cancel, but to get my money back, or so I thought. I've never used the service and all this took place prior to any website being created. Now, I'm still fighting for my money. I won't use the service and their billing department is telling me that cool hosting does give full or partial refunds and if I can't get any results, I am out of close to $400

I want my money back

I signed up to something changing its look. I agreed to pay $10.95 per month to be drawn out of my credit card for the two year plan. I did not realize they had charged me $262.80, which was the entire amount. Had I known that this was their intention, I would never signed up. When they emailed me the receipt, the amount wasn't mentioned and I had no way of knowing what they did until my credit card company called and suspected fraudulent activity. They attempted to charge me $262.80 two times. I did not authorize Cool Handle to draw out $262.80. Only $10.95

Nothing about this site did what it said it would, or worked the way they said it would. Once you get to the homepage and hit the button, it asks for more money from you, and then more and more money! It was ridicalious! AND the thing, coolhandle.com gave my computer a virus so bad that my brother the head guy of the company he works for could not get it fix. $139.00 to fix my computer, yes I said 139.00 bucks and I had no computer for four days, which I need for my work. So I really lost, in total, 318.40 bucks. DO NOT USE!!!

When I joined Coolhandle, it said that I could try them "risk-free" when I signed up. After I joined them, they put together a very poor site and charged me through the nose for it. For a "risk-free" trial, you have the idea that they will refund you financially if you are unhappy. I asked for a refund and they wrote back telling me that they did not offer financial refunds for unhappy customers. They have now totally maxed out my credit cards and left me feeling helpless and unable to do anything to get my money back. Learn from my mistakes: do not use Coolhandle

Stole from checking account

I was on the internet doing surveys and COOL HANDLE popped up. It stated that, if I put in my card number, a deposit of 150.00 or more would be deposited into my account. The next thing I new, the 179.40 had been deducted from my account but nothing had been deposited. He had stated that 300.00 would be deposited. To say the least, i AM ALSO PISSED. I'm on limmited income, and now broke for 10 days. There was no mention of a fee or joining his organization. Let this be a warning to others. it. stated

I watched the entire video, as well, just wanting to see how long it would be until he announced how much this was going to cost. AMAZING! That anyone would believe this nonsense of receiving $ 1000 a month, just by pushing a button.

Withdrew money from my bank account

upon checking my bank account on payday i noticed an unusual charge that i didnt authorize..after calling my bank & calling the Cool Handle website,i wasnt able to resolve the issue with Cool Handle,the woman who answered was a foreigner,i couldnt hardly understand her,plus there was static in the line.So this was the amount taken from my account $5.25 INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING FEE!..I LIVE IN THE US!..$262.80 for the service i guess.They say they have a NO REFUND POLICY!..I say i didnt sign up,resend me the email showing confirmation..Im still waiting for that,cause IT NEVER HAPPEN!.

I signed up only 12 usd was to be pulled 2xs they pulled out over 200 then my bank called from fraud I will be given letter to fill out but they would not honor the withdrawal they they need 1000 cust they been in business years

I signed up for hosting, and tried to cancel after the 30 day deadline passed- so no refund. After 4 months I'm still trying to cancel and they keep withdrawing monthly from my bank. They say on the website to follow up on the original support ticket, which is not accessible on the website. They also told me that opening a 2nd ticket would cause a delay in response. So by calling customer service we are told to cancel on the website and the website tells us to call customer service. A recent call to customer service said they would would respond to my cancellation request within 24-48 hours. All I got was an autoresponse which told nothing. Unbelievable that they can get away with this. I'll file a complaint with the FTC and change my bank card and see what happens.

The guy on the video was very convincing, but you do realize he was just an actor,

don't you?

I have seen so many of these videos that "will cost you nothing" that I had to see how long it would take this guy to get around to asking for the bucks!

That's why I watched it till the end. Yep! He was really good!, but one has to know that you do not get $1000

just by pushing a button. Again, I'm so sorry that you had to learn the hard way, and I hope you're see some kind of refund.

I went back to look at his intro page, and it does show the BBB symbol at the bottom.

But I'm wondering if anyone can insert that!? Good Luck!

a friend of mine and I had the same problem, we actually cancelled within 7 days and received the same runaround with automated email responses. Spent months and months calling, nothing!

Filed complaint with BBB, sent letters to Attorney General for that county. CoolHandles response was they did not offer refunds yet in some other complaints with BBB they stated that they were refunding monies... Total ripoff company. Am interested in any class action lawsuits against these jokers as their bad faith dealings with customers was (in our experience) BS.

Four days ago I registered a domain name for my company and it was quite going smoothly in terms of performance and web traffic. I thought it is all that one need from a web hosting service. Soon the tables turned and my website became a victim of spammers, solicitors and hackers. The performance declined due to unwanted visitors. When I talked about this matter to my friend, he suggested me the Domain Privacy service of CoolHandle. As per his recommendation I took the help of CoolHandles and now my domain is safe from spammers because the domain privacy hides my generic information from the WHOIS database.

Email stopped working, reported the issue, 6 days have past, issue still not solved. Created over 10 tickets, only received automatic replies. Do not sign up to coolhandle. I have been with them for several years because I did not want to go through the hassle of finding another provider. There were major issues with my account every 4-5 months. I am not getting any reply back from Cool Handle webhosting company

I decided to earn money online. I enrolled for it by making a payment of $179.40. It was confirmed that if I change my mind I can claim refund back. I raised a cancellation request on 11/05/2013. Ticket ID: LFS-978019. Since then in between I used to mail them many times to see the status but they have never replied me back with the status. I m tired sending emails to them. I really dont know whatelse to be done. I hope I will get my refund soon as I have liabilites to be coverd, these companys are fraudsters. they just know to steal money.

You won't get it back. They were a fraud from the beginning.

Look for the comment from Tony to one of the other complaints. He is getting a lawsuit together. I would suggest joining with him. That's what I'm doing.

Please I really need PI to remove this complaint for me. Please I am begging. Coolhandle says they will refund my money. If I can just remove this complaint this nightmare will finally be over for me. I need the money to pay for my dying fathers medical bills. So on May 19th I sent a e-mail & a support ticket. & you still are trying to say I didnt contact you again till 20 July. Why ?? When I have proof. And as I stated you can see I tried a different company that used you in March, yes that 1 you did refund. But I didnt sign up for Simple Home Wealth will 4/28/12 , as you even stated. and the charges you refunded were in March ( that comes before April & May. The only 1 you are right about is the July monthly charge, but you still owe me for all the other monthly charges & original charges since I canceled with-in the 30 days . May 19th was still within the 30 days. So please make this right & refund the money you owe me.

I signed up for a online business that had a 30 day trial period. I signed up on 4/28/12, sent them a request to cancel 1st on 5/11/12 ( and if I click on their cancel button next to each product it says "Existing Cancel Request:A cancellation request for the following service exists:Simple Home Wealth System Pro [v1] -theperfectcellphone.com was submitted on 2012-05-11 16:15:15 PST.We have received your cancellation request. ancellation requests are handled in the order in which they were received. To follow up on your cancellation request, please respond to the original cancellation ticket." I got a email from a Adam R. requesting I give it a little longer, So I said I would. I still did not understand how it worked & sent another request on 5/15/12 ( just few days later) to completely cancel & refund everything. I have since sent request at least 3-4 times a month, sometimes every other day. I also resent every e-mail or confirmation of service tickets I have submitted twice in the last couple of weeks. I tried on-line chat & phone but they say they can not change a account unless its via support ticket ( as I stated I have sent probably around 30 or so) not only have they not refunded me yet ( even though it was less then a month) they keep charging me every month ( 94.78) they will not answer me or help me. I dont kn ow what to do. they have stolen from me and still are. Please help me.

Thank you John. I know I am right. I cant believe Adam is still lying after I have posted proof that I canceled a few times by e-mail & also by support tickets. All with-in the 30 days. I didnt sign up for Simple home wealth 4/28/12 & they used you as a hosting company. I did agree on the 5/11 to give it a little longer, but I asked for help which I never got. So I canceled via e-mail on the 19th & 26th. I also submitted support tickets, but could not access them again , but the titles of the tickets do all say cancel & refund asap. I have given proof, & deserve my refund. Adam seems to be the 1 everyone complains about, I know & have proven I am right . You cant deny the proof Adam. I want my 664.51 back.

John I am sorry you have to go thru the same thing I am going thru. It is very stressful & if your like me you were trying to make money because we are so broke. So having this company stealing from us just makes it worse. I wont give up till they make it right. Good luck to you.

I see again an write again! Looked at my creditcard statements for the last 6 months an every month i see the same charge for 96.32.

That's a lot of money that this compnay took from me without me seeing it or letting them take it or getting nothing for it all. So I looked online and looked some more. Found a website where theowners email was psoted.

I sent him message after message didn't let him just send me off to customer service like some ***. I must have finally made him mad enough cause he gave me back all of my money Jack jack@***.com his number is 818268**** Send him your messages and call him and dont stop till you get him to give you it all back!!

This is Adam R. from coolhandle.com. We have addressed your issue through a couple of different forums now. We received your cancellation request on May 11, 2012. After a few emails between us discussing the service you ordered from us you stated this, “How long do I have to "test" this?? I will give it more time as long as I still have time to cancel for a full refund if it doesnt work. I have tried a lot of different ones & most dont make money. So I want the option to cancel & get a refund. How long is the "trial period"?” To Which I replied, “We offer a thirty day money back guarantee. Your order was placed on April 28, 2012. If you wish to cancel your service, please let us know prior to May 27, 2012.” You thanked me and continued with your service. We did refund $877.93 worth of services that you cancelled during the money back guarantee period.

You did not contact us through your cancellation ticket until July 20, 2012, which is after the date you could confirm your cancellation and receive a refund as described above. We cannot offer you a refund for the hosting package you chose to continue with. As your account stands now, you will continue to have hosting with us until 04/28/2014, at which time your account will terminate.
